There is a one-time fee $150.00 which includes up to 3 users, additional users are billed at $25.00 each (one time fee). The Full-Service includes a visit to your business by a Telcom technical service representative to implement the first backup and setup our daily backup software. |

There is a one-time fee $50.00 which includes providing the client with detailed instructions how to implement the initial backup and the installation of our daily backup software. The Self-Service setup also includes 2 telephonic support calls with each additional call billed at $1.00 per minute. |
